Massey Tunnel crash forces crews to take out counter flow lane for morning rush

A crash in the southbound lanes of the George Massey Tunnel Tuesday morning forced the removal of the counterflow lane for commuters heading north.
The lack of the extra lane from about 6:45 a.m. onwards meant traffic built up heavily in both directions.

Northbound traffic is still heavy from Highway 17.
Drivers in both directions can take the Alex Fraser Bridge to avoid delays.
