Vehicle arsons outside Abbotsford home reveal shots also fired

Police in Abbotsford are investigating after another home was targeted by gunfire and more vehicles were set ablaze Monday morning.
The Abbotsford Police Department (AbbyPD) says officers responded to reports of two vehicles on fire on Eagle Peak Drive near Eagle View Place around 4:30 a.m.

“Further investigation revealed that the home had also been struck by gunfire.”
The occupants were reportedly asleep inside at the time and were not physically injured.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed what happened or captured video to call the AbbyPD Major Crime Unit at 604-859-5225.
Police have not connected the incident to any other crime, but late last week, a home in the Aldergrove/West Abbotsford area was the target of gunfire, and multiple vehicles were set on fire at a business on Peardonville Road.
