Are you looking for a deal on a home in Vancouver? This could be the perfect chance.

The City of Vancouver is holding an auction of properties whose owners haven’t paid their civic taxes in the past three years.

The properties value from a low of $320,000 to one that’s worth more than $10 million.

All types of properties are included in the sale. Apartments, single-family homes, and even a few industrial buildings.

But even if you’re lucky enough to be the top bidder and scoop up a home during Wednesday’s auction, it doesn’t guarantee it’s yours.

The current owner has a year to pay off the outstanding property taxes which then gives them the right to keep the home.
